A NAEP test that isn't a NAEP test causes fake panic over milder NAEP test score loss than Florida has produced regularly for a generation. And, oh yes, you can't even break it down by state.

I suspect this is why there is no state-level breakout of the data. Many, perhaps all, states would have too few students for any valid statistical comparison. It would be interesting to see how many were tested in each state. 7,400/50 = 148 per state on average. from about eight schools per state. Were there states where the entire tested population was one class in one school?
