They cannot created a schedule on what if's. They have to create it with the law is at the time. The legislature in FL does not even meet until March. It is a matter of logic and practicality.

Nope the DeSantis kill the FSA announcement was summer of 2021. They’ve recently what they were gonna do. We’ll see if any “updates” come.
It was proposed in 2021. I was signed into law (SB 1048) in March 2022. As of Jan. 2022 when this schedule was created FSA was still in effect.
