Every tough talking prosecutor accused of misconduct is, of course, entitled to a competent defense. Hiring high-powered lawyers doesn't mean Jerry knows he's guilty.
Very nice work Billy. I have has the unfortunate responsibility of filing a grievance with The ACAP program of the Florida Bar. Attorneys look out for their own. Look at the 10A Grievance Committee members. Robert Peddy is President. I have used him before and he is a pro, but he worked with Jerry Hill as a prosecutor in the 10 Judicial Circuit. Then I do not trust Victor Smith any farther than I can throw him. It’s cronyism. I hope they do what is right and recuse theirselves, but that is to be determined.
